Where we work
We are based in EH16 and work in Duddingston, Willowbrae, Liberton, Craigmillar, Portobello, Newington, Marchmont, Musselburgh and Corstorphine, and in the surrounding parts of the city.
We do not publish a street address because we work from vans and from sites rather than from a shop, and there is nothing at the office worth your journey.
What to expect

The visit
Usually Lorna. She will measure, look at access and ask what you are hoping to spend, which is a fair question rather than a sales tactic. It takes half an hour for a bathroom and longer for anything structural.

The quotation
In writing, with the job broken into its parts, so you can see what each element costs. It holds for 30 days.

Starting
A 25 per cent deposit on acceptance, invoiced before we order materials. We will give you a start date when we have the order confirmed, not before.
Prices
Every job is quoted individually. We do not give prices over the phone or publish a rate card, because the same work costs different amounts in different properties and a figure given blind would only mislead you.
